What We Do
2381 BCR (Irish Fusiliers) Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps is a non-profit organization located in Richmond, BC. We are committed to developing leadership, citizenship, and physical fitness in youth ages 12-18 through best-in-class training, experiential learning, and purpose-driven community service. Our program is 100% free; there are no registration fees, dues, or admin fees. We believe in providing inclusive, barrier-free opportunities for all youth to discover their potential.
2381’s program is immersive, with a focus on hands-on practical skills and outdoor experiences. These include canoeing, trekking, mountain biking, marksmanship (rifle shooting), and outdoor survival. Advanced opportunities include fully sponsored international exchanges, glacier climbing, or even military parachuting.

We are more than just a training program, we’re a community. At 2381, we provide a space where youth can build meaningful and long-lasting friendships with others who share the same values and goals. Aside from the variety of training available to them, cadets at 2381 can expect to make new friends, be part of a new team, and have a dedicated staff of adults invested in their success.
